　　Rabbits 兔子

　　One day, Willie’s father saw a boy at the market with four little white rabbits in a basket.

　　一天，威利的爸爸在市场看到了一个男孩，他的篮子里有四只小白兔。

　　He thought these would be nice pets for Willie; so he asked the lad how much he wanted for his rabbits.

　　他觉得这对威利来说会是个漂亮的宠物，就告诉这个小伙子他想买下这些兔子，并问他一共多少钱。

　　The boy said, “Only fifty cents, sir.”

　　男孩回答：“只要五毛钱，先生。”

　　Willie’s father bought them, and carried them home.

　　威利的爸爸买下兔子，并把它们带回了家。

　　Here you see the rabbits and their little master.

　　现在你看到了兔子和它们的小主人。

　　He has a pen for them, and always shuts them in it at night to keep them safe.

　　威利为它们准备了一只笼子。晚上，他总是把它们关在里面，以保证他们的安全。

　　He gives them bread and grass to eat.  他喂它们面包和青草吃。

　　They like grass, and will take it from his hand. He has called in a little friend to see them.

　　兔子喜欢青草，会从他的手上取走。威利还叫来了一个小伙伴一起看兔子。

　　Willie is telling him about their funny ways.

　　威利正在把兔子的趣事告诉他。
